There are several possibilities to get in contact with dr. Tisscher. Please remind there is a waiting period of two weeks for consultations at the clinic for new patients and a letter of your general practitioner is required. New patients are asked to make a print out of the form, fill it in and bring it along on the first consultation. At this moment the form is only available in Dutch : vragenformulier.
